When you use our services, you provide us with personal data. You must be able to trust that we handle your information with care and confidentiality. In our Privacy Policy we explain what information we collect about you, what we use it for, and with whom we may share it. You will also find information about your rights and how to exercise them. By using our services and/or website, you unconditionally accept this Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy at any time, so we recommend reviewing it regularly.
SERVICES / PRODUCTS
The services or products are delivered as specified in the agreement, webshop, website, quotation, email, or on the front side of the invoice.

If something doesn’t go as planned, or if you have specific questions about payments for our products or services, you can email us at [email protected]. We aim to answer all questions within 4 days of receipt.
INFORMATION
All offers are non-binding, and Atelier Olala reserves the right to adjust prices. If products or services experience a price increase between the time of order and delivery, the buyer has the right to cancel the order and terminate the agreement within seven (7) days of Atelier Olala’s announcement of the price increase.
QUOTATIONS
Our quotations are valid for one month unless otherwise agreed.
PRICES
The prices in our webshop, quotations, and invoices are in euros, including VAT, and excluding shipping costs.
PAYMENTS (webshop)
You can pay easily and securely through our service partners. This service is free of charge. After placing your order, the payment process will begin in a secure environment. Choose your preferred payment method. Once authorized, we will be notified that payment has been received and your order will be shipped.
PAYMENT TERMS
The invoice reference in our webshop or accounting serves as proof of dispatch and receipt by the recipient.
In case of non-payment or late payment, the amount due will automatically and without notice be increased by 10%, with a minimum of €50, to cover administrative costs and legal fees, without prejudice to our right to claim actual damages. Late payment interest will be charged per started month. Non-payment of one invoice on the due date makes all outstanding (even non-due) invoices immediately payable.
INVOICE DISPUTES
Any disputes must be sent by registered mail within 8 days of the invoice date. After this period, the invoice will be deemed final.
ORDERS
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed immediately after receipt. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes place within 3 days. Please note: we are closed on Mondays.
COLLECTION
Orders can be collected free of charge at our concept store in Keerbergen (Haachtsebaan 48A, 3140 Keerbergen) during opening hours. Please notify us in advance by email at [email protected]. Orders can also be collected in Bonheiden by appointment, but only after confirmation from us.
SHIPPING
Product prices in the webshop exclude shipping costs.
Orders above €50 are delivered free of charge in Belgium.
Rates for orders under €75 and deliveries outside Belgium:

DELIVERY
We deliver to the address specified in your order. 90% of our packages are delivered in the morning (before 12:00). If delivery is not possible, you will receive a message with details on where and when you can collect your package at the nearest pick-up point.
RETURNS
We aim to deliver quality products.
If your package is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it. Once received, we will issue a gift card (valid indefinitely).
Returns can be made at our Keerbergen store during opening hours. Please notify us in advance.
Exceptions (non-returnable items):
Outlet products
Dried flowers, custom-made items, personal care products, food items
Conditions:
Must be returned in original condition and packaging, including accessories and instructions
All returned products will be carefully inspected
If the product’s value has decreased due to use, we reserve the right to hold you liable for the loss in value
Our principle: you may only inspect an item as you would in our store.
