GDPR / PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. After all, when you call on us, you provide us with personal data. You must therefore be able to rely on us to handle your data carefully and confidentially. You can read how we do this in this Privacy Statement. This statement applies to all personal data collected and processed by Atelier Olala (hereinafter also referred to as "we"), as well as our website / web shop www.atelierolala.be.
PRODUCTS / SERVICES
Our products and / or services are provided as stipulated in teh agreement or seen in the webshop, website, quotations, mails or on the front of an invoice.
If something on the webshop doesn't work or when you have a specific question about our products or services, you can report / ask questions by sending a mail to [email protected]. We provide an answer on all questions daily at the latest within 4 days after receipt.
All offers are not binding and Atelier Olala reserves the right to change prices. If the products and / or services offered, undergo a price increase during the period between placing the order and the delivery, the buyer has the right to cancel the order and dissolve the agreement within seven (7) days after the price increase has been announced by Atelier Olala.
Our offers are valid for one month only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The prices in our webshop or as stated in the offer or invoice, are shown in euro and VAT included, excluding shipping costs.
The statement of the invoice in our webshop or accounting serves as proof of dispatch and receipt by the recipient.
In the event of non-payment or late payment, the price will be increased by operation of law and without any reminder or notice of default, by 10%, with a minimum of 50 euros, which corresponds to administrative costs incurred and the fees of the counsel appointed by the seller, without prejudice to us. right to prove and charge the actual damage suffered for recovery. The default interest is settled per started month. Any non-payment of an invoice on the due date or any default will result in the claimability of the invoices, even those that have not yet expired, that have already been drawn up and transferred to the client at that time.
Any disputes against invoices must be made by registered letter no later than 8 days after the invoice date. After this period, the invoice is accepted as final.
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 17:00, leave at the latest the next day - to be delivered the day after.
You can pick up your order in one of our shops in Belgium, Bonheiden Dorp 4F or Mechelen Hanswijkstraat 2 during general opening hours, free of charge of course, but please let us know before you come by e-mail [email protected].
The prices of the products in the webshop do not include shipping costs.
Orders higher than 75 EUR will be delivered free in Belgium.
Prices for orders less than 75 EUR or delivery outside Belgium:
Small package (< 10 kg)
Large package (>10 kg)
We deliver your product(s) to the address you entered when ordering. 90% of our packages are delivered in the morning (before 12:00). If we are unable to deliver, we will leave a message where and when you can pick up the package at the nearest pick-up point.
We hope that we can deliver a quality product to you through our shipper.
If your box is damaged and you suspect damage to the products, please refuse the package.
If you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return the product. Upon receipt of your return we will send you a gift card, which will always remain valid.
Orders can be returned in our shop in Bonheiden (Dorp 41) during general opening hours, please notify us before your visit by mail [email protected]
- products from the outlet cannot be exchanged
- return in original condition and packaging with all accessories and operating instructions supplied with it
- all returned products are carefully examined
- if products received have in any way diminished in value, we reserve the right to hold you liable and to claim damages resulting from the use of the goods.
- the basic principle is that you may only inspect the item as you would in our shop

Should there be any complaints about our products or services, you can report them by e-mail to [email protected]. We will answer all questions within 14 days of receipt.
Our general terms and conditions of sale apply to all agreements concluded by or with our company. The customer acknowledges to have read and agree to these general terms and conditions, even if they are contrary to his own general or special terms and conditions.
