How to use lavender essential oil

Never use more than 1 - 2% essential oil and always dilute in a carrier oil or butter. So for example 1 to 2 ml lavender essential oil in 100 ml almond oil or shea butter. Apply the oil where necessary to cleansed skin.

You can also mix a few drops through your shampoo for a lovely scent and nourished scalp!

Instructions for use

Put 3-5 drops in an aroma diffuser. Can also be used as raw material e.g. for making cosmetics.
