What is Wintergreen Essential Oil?

Wintergreen (Gaultheria Procumbens) is native to North America and has thick, leathery leaves with white flowers. The leaves are distilled to make this delicious essential oil.

Relieves tired muscles

Evergreen Essential Oil is a real must have for every sportsman or yogi. Put a drop in the bottle of your favorite carrier oil (like Jojoba Oil or Fractionated Coconut Oil) and massage into your muscles after each workout. Your body will feel a lot more relaxed and stay supple.

Gives renewed energy

The scent of evergreen gives the feeling of a winter walk through the snow. The scent is refreshing, enlightening and renews your energy. In short: a real boost for body and mind!

How to use it?

Wintergreen is an enormously powerful essential oil and it is therefore extra important that you use it well diluted. The amount of Wintergreen Essential Oil in your product should not exceed 0.5%.

Sports massage

Give your muscles a lovely massage after exercise or a yoga session. Mix in a bottle 60 ml Jojoba Oil with 1 drop Wintergreen Essential Oil, 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil, 3 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil and 2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil.

In a warm bath

Fill the bathtub with warm water and add 1 or 2 drops of Wintergreen Essential Oil. This seems little, but because of the powerful effect of this oil, this is more than enough, enjoy!

In the diffuser

Combine in your aroma diffuser 1 drop Wintergreen Essential, 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil and 3 drops Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil for a bright, refreshing atmosphere at home.
